Book Release of ‘Honeybee’ by Craig Silvey

Coeducation is education for life. Naturally

As part of our partnership with Dymocks Garden City, we will be welcoming author Craig Silvey to the College next month to launch his new book Honeybee.
Honeybee is a tender, profoundly moving novel brimming with vivid characters and luminous words. It’s about two lives forever changed by a chance encounter. It throws us headlong into a world of petty thefts, extortion plots, botched bank robberies, daring dog rescues and one spectacular drag show. We meet vivacious, hilarious and generous characters, and we contend with some absolute bastards.

“I put everything I have into writing Honeybee. It tore me up, but filled me with joy. I’m enormously proud of it. At the thematic heart of Honeybee is the importance of support and understanding” – Craig Silvey

Craig will be in conversation with Meri Fatin, followed by a Q&A session, book sales and Craig will be available for book signings soon after.
